Silicon_Squeak_SOC

The Silicon Squeak "System On a Chip" is implemented using either programmable logic technology (FPGAs - Field Programmable Gate Arrays) or as a dedicated integrated circuit (ASIC - Application Specific Integrated Circuit).

This block diagram shows a version with nine Silicon Squeak cores. Note that there are six different ring networks and each core is connected to two of them. The i/o interfaces connect to a single network.
